Cindy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, RealSource Association of Realtors, New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Cindy earned the Accredited Buyer Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations and is a member of the Employee and New Jersey Relocation Councils. She is the author of just published real estate guide The Savvy Seller: Preparing Your Home for Showings in which Cindy identifies the most significant mistakes made by homeowners in marketing their homes and offers remedies for each. A copy of The Savvy Seller: Preparing Your Home for Showings is Cindy's gift to all who list with her. Cindy is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, having majored in Government. She earned her law degree at Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law. Before devoting her career solely to residential real estate sales in 1999, Cindy practiced real estate law in New Jersey, specializing in employee relocation transactions. She is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York and Illinois.
