My family is all-important to me, and my interests are as varied as the weather. I am a voracious reader and love to listen to music as well as play the guitar. I love to garden and fish, and long for a home in the country. I do all sorts of needlework including crocheting, knitting, crewel, cross-stitch and quilting. I spent 8 years as the wig and makeup designer for Opera Memphis. I love genealogy, and have traced my husband's family back to before the Revolutionary War, and my own family back to "the old country" in Europe before 1888. In my "spare" time, I am writing the Great American Novel. If I could choose an "ideal" job, it would be helping others to realize and obtain their potential.
