As a native New Yorker, born and raised in Park Slope, I know Brooklyn inside and out. Prior to becoming a real estate agent,I harnessed nearly 20 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical and fashion industries. Most noteworthy was her position as National Director of Sales of a high end women’s designer collection at Yansi Fugel, which became the top selling brand in over 800 specialty and major department stores throughout the country under my supervision. I eventually retired from the fashion world to pursue my passion and appreciation for real estate and architecture.I returned to my alma mater at NYU to take real estate investment classes and began investing and selling real estate. I joined Triumph in 2009 to further my real estate career and began immediately selling new development condos where I helped to set unprecedented prices in Crown Heights and Prospect Heights. I currently also operates a boutique landscaping business, Florispa Enterprises. My in depth knowledge of Brooklyn, real estate investing, and prior experience as a top sales person quickly earned me a reputation in the real estate industry as a professional that clients could rely on to achieve positive results. I especially prides myself in setting the bar for higher sales comps in Bed-Stuy at a time when other agents struggled with sales in the area. The ancillary professional services offers to developers, buyers, and sellers extend beyond my own capabilities. Landscaping is important for curb appeal, but I also has a network of contractors and designers who have been able to save my clients on construction costs. I also work with foreign developers in Latin American on residential/commercial sites. I am a Real Estate Board of New York member and currently resides in Kensington. I very much enjoy scuba diving, traveling, cycling, yoga, and walking my dogs during in my spare time. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am part of the TEAM FG Rahme of Triumph Property Group.
