Method Of Playing A Casino Game

View page
US Patent:
60170336, Jan 25, 2000
Filed:
May 5, 1998
Appl. No.:
9/072968
Inventors:
Claude Keller - Loves Park IL
International Classification:
A63F 100
US Classification:
273292
Abstract:
A method of playing a casino game rewards a player for how quickly he can "lose". At the outset, the player is provided with a tote. A timer begins, and the player uses the tote to place wagers in the game. The tote is increased when those wagers win and is decreased when they lose. When the tote is reduced to zero, the timer stops. The time it took the player to reduce the tote to zero is measured against a standard, and the player is rewarded based on that performance. The method is particularly well-suited for use in amusement devices, such as arcade games.

57184291, Feb 17, 1998
Filed:
Feb 6, 1997
Appl. No.:
8/796743
Inventors:
Claude Emery Keller - Rockford IL
International Classification:
A63F 100
US Classification:

A method for conducting an entertainment in which people may place a stake in a casino game and win a cash prize in a skill game. Stakes in the casino game are placed with chips, which may be purchased in exchange for the services of conducting the casino game. A winning stake is rewarded with a token, rather than with money. A token may be exchanged for an opportunity to demonstrate a skill in the skill game. Those that successfully demonstrate the skill are awarded a cash or other prize. The nature of the prize is correlated to an indicium on the token.

View page
US Patent:
44860188, Dec 4, 1984
Filed:
Mar 11, 1983
Appl. No.:
6/474516
Inventors:
Claude E. Keller - Rockford IL
International Classification:
A63F 910
US Classification:
273157R
Abstract:
A puzzle assembly having a plurality of pieces which are identical and which interfit without interlocking are assembled in a recess of the base of a container and the container is closed by a cover hinged to the base. When the cover is closed, the puzzle pieces are disposed between top and bottom walls formed respectively on the cover and the base. The pieces are made of a resiliently yieldable material and their normal thickness is greater than the spacing between the walls when the cover is closed so that the pieces are clamped between the walls and are held against sliding even though only some of the pieces have been assembled. The puzzle has a design on both sides and the top and bottom walls are transparent so that both designs may be viewed with the cover closed.

US Patent:
20230113955, Apr 13, 2023
Filed:
Jul 18, 2022
Appl. No.:
17/866997
Inventors:
Claude E. Keller - Mount Morris IL, US
International Classification:
F42B 6/00
Abstract:
A new dart has an integrally formed flight part that is made of thin plastic with a uniform thickness. The flight part has a set of flexible blades that are radially offset, with the width of each blades being coplanar, and extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of a stem on which a barrel and dart tip are connected. Edges on a central portion of the flight part engage cooperating surfaces on a retainer, locking the retainer and the flight part against rotation with respect to each other. A self-lubricating bearing fits over the a stem and is used to connect to the flight part and the retainer for rotation with respect to a barrel and dart tip. A channel extends along the length of each blade. A bubble is positioned outwardly of the channel.
