waterskiing on that perfect private lake
we have now downsized to a cute little Downtown Wayzata home and spend a good deal of time boating on Lake Minnetonka
riding our bikes on the Dakota Trail
or walking to any of the fine shops and restaurants our city has to offer.

About:
In 1982 I started my real estate career specializing in new construction sales working with a number of builders over a 10 year period. I later worked for a developer on Downtown riverfront condominiums where I coordinated the specialized upgrades for the high-end clientele. Returning to sales, I now specialize in the Wayzata/Lake Minnetonka areas and their surrounding suburbs, as well as the Minneapolis Lakes area, selling new and pre-existing homes, as well as commercial properties. My degree in communications from the University of Minnesota helped me gain many skills required to successfully communicate the needs of buyers and sellers and negotiate the best outcome.
