Description:
My goal as a residential real estate broker is to be a knowledgeable friend who can give my clients accurate information to help them reach their goal.I originally started my real estate practice to help post graduate professionals acquire the housing they needed to build a supportive living environment for their career. Many of my clients were faculty and staff of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill or Duke University.Working with these researchers showed me the true meaning of being driven towards a goal. I was very proud of the fact that I could help them find a living situation that helped reduce the stress in their daily lives. I like to think that maybe because I was able to find them the right house that I made some contribution to the science they were pursuing. Call me!! I would like to help you.

About:
As well as being a Realtor, I'm also a scientist in the Lineburger Cancer Center (@UNC), who works with one or two clients at a time so that I can provide superior service. I provide research for clients looking for single family homes (above $200K) around Duke and/or UNC. My previous clients benefited from the fact that I stay on top internal university issues and how that affects the surrounding area. The advantage of working with me is that you will likely be my only client, and I think that my knowledge of local ordinances, and planned unit developments will contribute to helping you find housing in a univiersity focused neighborhood that fits your needs.
