Working at Care One has given me a chance to develop a skill set that transfers throughout the business community. As Administrator I oversaw budgets, all payable accounts and payroll. Working with our marketing team we were able to create, implement, and refine market strategies for West Michigan, enjoying growth every year with an average of 12%. As a non-clinician I worked within a skilled team of nurses and therapists to ensure the highest quality of patient care and successfully managed our company through two Medicare surveys and two Joint Commission re-validations. While these items were specific to the skilled healthcare field, I believe they are applicable and add value within management of any organization.
