In my former life, I practiced law in Philadelphia in the areas of Premises and Products Liability. I currently am an inactive member of the PA Bar. I live with my family in Germantown and recently relocated there in 2011 from an 8 year stint in Fishtown. Yes, I am the "Brooke" ofwww.fishtown.us,andwww.philadelphiaspeaks.comand serve as a moderator of the Fishtown/Northern Liberties section on the latter. I am originally a native of Rochester, NY and attended undergrad at Eugene Lang in New York City from 1994-1996 and transferred to University of Rochester, where I received a BA in Political Science in 1998. I attended law school at State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law where I received a Juris Doctor in 2003. I am a dog fanatic, with a 50 lbs. Collie/Husky mix, Tennessee Captain, at home. I am a sucker for old homes with original details but enjoy solidly built homes of all styles. I also love spending time with my toddler daughter, live music, Franklin Fountain ice cream, all things Apple and finding and staging homes!

She and her family are residents of Germantown...and yes, she is the “Brooke” of www.philadelphiaspeaks.com and www.fishtown.us. She is a native of Rochester, NY. Brooke attended Undergrad at Eugene Lang in New York City from 1994-1996 and from 1996-1998 at University of Rochester, where she received a BA in Political Science in 1998. She is a dog fanatic and is a sucker for old homes with original details but her favorite type of home, the Bungalow, doesn’t really exist in Philadelphia. She also loves spending time with her infant daughter, live music, Franklin Fountain ice cream, all things Apple and staging and searching for homes with her clients!
