I am extremely interested in the body/ mind connection, and the ability to heal with the correct and calculated external input. I specialize in exercise, cognitive focus, and motivation. I am involved in multiple sports and have been grooming myself to be an Occupational Therapist since my teens. I would like to focus on neuromuscular and neurocognitive science. I have filled leadership roles such as coaching and personal training since the age of 18 and I find professional satisfaction in observing the growth and progress in my clients. I am an extremely flexible and adaptive and can work in small groups or large organizations. I am a cultural sensitive world traveler, traveling to over 20 countries to learn more about the culture and biodiversity of the world we live in. I am a San Francisco native and have lived and thrived in an extremely diverse area and it is my it is my desire/duty to give back to the people of my community.
