Brandon Bogard Reviews, My 1 bedroom Soho apartment had been on the market for over 6 months with another broker. I had almost given up faith in brokers' altogether and even tried to list the apartment myself for a couple months. Well, luckily Brandon and his business partner came to one of my open houses. Most of the visitors to my open house were actually brokers, but there was something about Brandon that just seemed right. Not only was he more "Soho" than my last broker, but he knew how to relate to my needs as a seller. With the apartment vacant for over half a year, I was at the point of renting or selling - I didn't care, I just needed income! Brandon listened to my needs and strategized that we would do both, rent AND sell! I was skeptical, but I went with it. I gave up the idea of selling it anyway since the market had been so tough, especially for a tough coop building such as mine where banks would not finance the deal. Well, low and behold, within a couple weeks, Brandon had the apartment RENTED....and within a couple weeks after that I had two serious offers from BUYERS! It was a cash buyer, too, which made it a no-brainer. All in all, without Brandon's energy, communication and selling skills, I wouldn't be in the place I am today. The deal couldn't have been easier, and I was profiting before having to worry about the closing.
