US Patent:
7836604, Nov 23, 2010
Filed:
Mar 2, 2009
Appl. No.:
12/395982
Inventors:
Benjamin W. Paharik - Hopkinton MA, US
Joseph G. Nevers - South Windsor CT, US
Assignee:
Picture Perfect, LLC - Wilmington DE
International Classification:
B25H 7/00
US Classification:
33613, 33666
Abstract:
A support assembly to secure a stereo component to a wall includes a bracket secured to the component. The support assembly further includes a marking element that is received within an opening provided in the bracket. The marking element extends away from the component when positioning the marking element within the opening of the bracket. The arrangement is such that when positioning the marking element within the opening of the bracket, the marking element forms a mark on the wall in response to positioning the bracket against the wall. The support assembly further includes a fastener to secure the bracket to the wall. The fastener is received within the opening of the bracket so that the fastener is aligned with the mark on the wall. Other embodiments of the support assembly and methods of supporting components are further disclosed.

US Patent:
20080078916, Apr 3, 2008
Filed:
Sep 29, 2006
Appl. No.:
11/529917
Inventors:
Joseph G. Nevers - Wilmington NC, US
Benjamin W. Paharik - Hopkinton MA, US
Assignee:
Picture Perfect, LLC - Wilmington DE
International Classification:
A47G 1/16
US Classification:
2484751
Abstract:
A support assembly is configured to secure an object to a structure and includes a bracket adapted to be secured to the object. The bracket has an opening formed therein. The support assembly further includes a support capable of being received within the opening of the bracket in a secure position. The support has a marking element designed to extend away from the object when positioning the support within the opening of the bracket. The arrangement is such that when positioning the support within the opening of the bracket, the marking element forms a mark on the structure in response to positioning the object against the structure. The support assembly also includes a device to secure the support to the structure upon removing the support from the opening of the bracket with the marking element being positioned on the mark formed on the structure. The support secures the object to the structure upon positioning the object on the support in a position in which the support is received within the opening of the bracket. Methods of securing an object to a structure are further disclosed.

Pillar Post With Adjustable Fluid Flow

US Patent:
20170326756, Nov 16, 2017
Filed:
May 16, 2017
Appl. No.:
15/596506
Inventors:
- East Berlin CT, US
Benjamin Paharik - Hopkinton MA, US
International Classification:
B28D 1/22
B26D 7/26
B26D 3/08
C03B 33/027
C03B 33/10
Abstract:
An automated glass scoring device and a pillar post are provided. The pillar post includes a body having a fluid inlet port, at least one internal passage, a fluid exit port, and a fluid flow metering element. At least a portion of the fluid flow metering element is disposed within the internal passage. The at least one internal passage provides a path for a fluid flow from the inlet port to the fluid exit port, and the fluid exit port is positioned such that the fluid flow exiting the fluid exit port exits in close proximity to the cutter wheel.

System For Identifying One Or More Physical Attributes Of Glass Scoring Wheels

US Patent:
20150121804, May 7, 2015
Filed:
May 1, 2013
Appl. No.:
14/398073
Inventors:
- East Berlin CT, US
Benjamin W. Paharik - Hopkinton MA, US
International Classification:
B65B 5/08
US Classification:
53254
Abstract:
According to an aspect of the present invention, a packaging system for glass scoring wheels having different physical attribute configurations is provided that includes a plurality of containers and a plurality of caddies. Each caddy includes a wheel mount shaft extending from a base. The wheel mount shaft has an axial length that permits a plurality of glass scoring wheels to be mounted on the mount shaft. The base is adapted to mate with an open end of the container. The caddies include “n” number of different color configuration caddies. The color configuration of each of the “n” different color configuration caddies is different than the color configuration of the other of the “n” different color configuration caddies. Each of the “n” color configurations identifies a particular physical attribute of the glass scoring wheels, which attribute is operable to distinguish glass scoring wheels having different physical attributes.
