I’m a full time real estate agent since July 1989 and always with Century 21 Armstrong/Advantage, covering both Lompoc and Santa Maria, CA. I have 5 real estate designations. 2 are recognized by the National Association of Realtors (CRS) and the Graduate Realtor Institute. I’m 1 of only 2 agents in Lompoc with this designation. The certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the most coveted. Just 4% of all REALTORS in the U.S. can call themselves a CRS. That's because just one in 25 has the experience, the commitment and the hours of advanced training necessary to call themselves a Certified Residential Specialist. I earned this certification by completing a rigorous course of advanced training, and meeting significant experience requirements. My skills and know how may actually save you time and money, but cost you nothing more. The GRI is also desired by many REALTORS, but not many commit to the educational courses. I'm a Certified Financial Specialist. I committed to the long course training to assure my clients they are getting the best possible financing for them. With the collapse of the real estate market, I sought after more training so I can assist the homeowners in obtaining a loan modification or sell their home as a SHORT SALE instead of loosing it to foreclosure. I'm a committed REALTOR, which is obvious by the extra mile I've taken obtaining real estate designations & certifications. Yet with all this, I make sure all my clients get the attention they need and more. I was a military dependant for 37 years (as dependant daughter, then a dependant wife). I've relocated many times in the U.S., from Alaska to Florida, and the states in between and the PCS move overseas to Okinawa Japan.
