Leadership Louisvile
Team Top Gun worked with St. Elizabeth Catholic Charities, which provides physical, emotional, and spiritual needs for clients in eight separate programs. The team created and implemented a strategic marketing campaign, including the redesign of their logo and website and the creation of an agency brochure. Members also coordinated a community volunteer day, overhauled the agency’s volunteer program, developed new infrastructure (campus security/ telecommunications), streamlined an archaic donor database, created an IT committee, outsourced medical billing, implemented data sharing, formulated program-growth plans and built community partnerships. The work conducted by Team Top Gun moves St. E’s 20 years into the future. Team: Heather Benson, Visually Impaired Preschool Services; Matt Brotzge, United States Senate, Senator Mitch McConnell; Ankur Gopal, Interapt; Kevin Guthrie, Frazier History Museum; Tracy Markert, Hosparus, Inc.; Talley Russell, Norton Healthcare; Kortney Ryan, Deming, Malone, Livesay & Ostroff; and Rich Vollmer, Humana Inc.
