My name is Andrew Goodman and I have been a real estate agent since 2004. I am licensed in Maryland, Washington DC & Virginia. Professional Background After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University I moved back to the DC Metro area to work with my family's development company. It was there that I learned the in's and out's of homes and realized that real estate was the industry for me. I determined that I could be a bigger asset to the company by strictly dealing with the sales and acquisitions of properties. This led me to become a Realtor and join the Gallagher & Co. Real Estate, Inc. team, which was the best fit for me and my future goals. My office is located in Bethesda, MD which has allowed me to serve my clients in the Metropolitan DC, Northern Virginia, Mayland and Baltimore communities with the most convenient and efficient service possible. I pride myself on my customer service, which has led to about 95% of my business coming from referrals. Being a native of MD, a member of a construction company, and an active member in the community has helped me offer knowledge and understanding of the current market to my clients and allows me to provide them with the best home buying/selling experience possible. Personal Background I was born and raised in Montgomery County by my two loving parents, Nikki and Richard, and by my older brother, Aaron. Without these special individuals I would not be where I am today. It was because of them and the social community that made it an easy decision for me to stay in the Metropolitan DC area after graduating from college. I enjoy all that the DC area has to offer and continue to strive to be a bigger part of the community. Currently, I am involved in various active social organizations and am a member of an adult lacrosse team.

Goodman, Realtors® was started and is owned by Andrew Goodman. Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2004, Andrew was and still is a partner of his families development company, KGC Development, LLC. He has been able to use his construction background to help his clients have a better understanding of the home they are looking at purchasing and what to expect with home ownership.Andrew began his career as a Realtors with Gallagher & Co. Real Estate, Inc. based out of Bethesda, MD and continued with them for 9.5 successful years until he opened Goodman, Realtors®. With Gallagher & Co., Andrew teamed up with broker Eugene Gallagher and took on several new construction projects. They represented and sold several condominium buildings in downtown DC, multi-unit rental apartments, townhome communities in DC as well as in Baltimore city, affordable housing communities, etc. Andrew decided to take his business one step further and help not only the savvy investor and developer, but offer his support to first time homebuyers as well as the every day buyer and seller. Andrew was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD with a small stint in Pennsylvania while attending The Pennsylvania State University. Andrew is a HUGE Nittany Lion fan, Redskins fan, and a diehard Washington Capitals fan. Many of his clients know that he works around the clock, but the few hours when Andrew is not working, you will most likely find him attending a Caps game. Real Estate is Andrew’s passion and his clients truly mean the world to him. Which is why his customer service cannot be match and his attention to detail is truly remarkable.
