Andrew Behneman has been working in the real estate and lending industry since 2004. He is passionate about real estate and loves helping people achieve home ownership. His extensive knowledge of loan programs and his deep understanding of real estate make him an excellent Loan Officer and Realtor. Andrew has a lot of experience working with first-time home buyers and has become his clients’ trusted advisor in the real estate and lending arena. Andrew graduated from the College of Business at California State University San Marcos where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He currently sits on the education committee at the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the advisory council for Extended Learning at Cal State San Marcos. Andrew also sits on the Executive Steering Committee for North County Young Professionals and is currently acting as their treasurer. He and his wife live in Escondido and enjoy backpacking and other outdoor activities. They are actively involved in their local church and enjoy spending time with family.

I have been working in real estate since 2004 and have been a North San Diego County resident all my life. After graduating from the business program at Cal State San Marcos and obtaining my broker's license, I decided to make real estate my career, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. As an early adopter of technology, I have integrated technology into the process of buying and selling homes to make it a great experience for everyone. My goal in helping people is to become their trusted advisor in real estate. When I am not working, I enjoy camping and backpacking with my wife and son. I also enjoy snowboarding and playing music. My favorite part of the home buying process is the housewarming party that I put on for my clients and the annual client party that all my clients get invited to.
