My goal in a real estate transaction is to provide a smooth transaction by providing communication, knowledge and support to my clients. I represent my clients as I would represent myself in a deal and take pride in customer satisfaction. My experience includes not only being a buyer's agent and listing agent in residential and land transactions. But I also have an appraisal background as I am a certified general real estate appraise in the State of Arizona, providing helpful insight from a valuation stand point. Additionally, I share my knowledge and experience as I own rental homes, have experience in flipping homes and completing renovations that provide a return on investment. Not all renovations provide a return as cost does not equal value! My hobbies include fishing, sports, the gym and I am an avid dog lover! I am a Tucson native,U of A alumni (Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a Minor in Geographic Information Systems, GIS) and am a member of Mentor Kids USA.
