I became a Realtor in September 1996. I decided to get into the business after purchasing a couple of investment properties with my husband. The basis of my success has come from the wealth of knowledge of a couple of my best friend Realtors who have been in the business forever. I was also lucky enough to connect with a couple of builders and I have sold many custom built homes. I have walked many lots with buyers, helped them choose the right plan to fit their needs and then did most of the trouble shooting until closing. In the midst of all this building and selling, I have created wonderful relationships along the way, with buyers and sellers, builders, other realtors, loan officers, closing agents and attorneys, civil engineers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc….. Ranked #5 Century 21 Agent in NH - 2013 Ranked #1 Century 21 Agent in NH - 2012 In 2010, I became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), specializing in Short Sales, working with both buyers and sellers. In 2005, Coldwell Banker presented me with the Sterling Society Award This award afforded me 42nd place in a pack of 745 Realtors through out the States of NH and ME. In 2009 and 2010, I earned the "Award of Excellence" from Realtor.com. I credit my success to Century 21 and Coldwell Banker for the all the training and special classes offered to me over the years. Both franchises have afforded me great management teams, that strive on giving their agents the best of tools and up-to-date training for succeeding in this industry. Getting a heads up on all the market trends and how to handle buyers and particularly sellers in this market have truly paid off. I look forward to building relationships, one home at a time.
