Description:
As one of New York City's top residential real estate brokers, Lucas Nathan is known for his successful transactions and his satisfied clients. Key to his effectiveness is taking the time to understand the wants and needs of his buyers and sellers with whom he develops strong and lasting relationships. Also thanks to his hard work and exceptional level of service, Lucas has garnered an ever-growing clientele who happily refer him to their family and friends. Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family in Vermont, Lucas learned early on that hard work, persistence and knowledge are vital to success. After attending Northfield Mount Hermon School, he went to Skidmore College where he captained the soccer team, while earning a degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Lucas moved to Manhattan to pursue his real estate career. He later returned to school to expand his industry knowledge and received a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from New York University. This proved extremely useful not only in understanding the development business, but in working directly with customers and sourcing potential deals that would bring them optimal value. Lucas capably shepherds his clients through the intricate Manhattan market and the inherent complexities of their transaction. His drive to get the best possible deal for his clients is rooted in his passion for the real estate industry and the city in which he lives. Lucas resides with his wife on Manhattan's Upper West Side. In spare time he plays on a soccer team in Manhattan and works with the South Bronx United, a nonprofit, youth development organization that uses soccer as a vehicle for social change in the South Bronx.
