Only about 5% of all Realtors nationwide have earned this designation.Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Specialized training in representing buyers in the buying process from beginning to end. To earn this designation a Realtor must meet performance requirements, represented buyers exclusively in several transactions, and passed written tests.Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Members involved in residential real estate who want a solid base of information for their practice will want to participate in the REALTOR® Institute program and earn the GRI designation.Internet Certified Professional (e-PRO), e-PRO® is a revolutionary training program presented entirely online to certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professionals. Abstract:
Ozone output in ion wind devices using one or more emitters ( ) and an array of collectors ( ) (accelerators) may be reduced through catalytic conversion of the produced ozone back to oxygen by using various materials placed in or downstream from the airflow, such as a manganese dioxide coating on the accelerator substrate elements. Precious metal or activated carbon coatings may also be used for the purpose of converting ozone to oxygen.

An electro-kinetic or electro-static apparatus for moving fluid includes an enlogated electrode energizable with respect to at least one other electrode to generate ions and thereby motivate fluid flow there between. A cleaning device is positioned to frictionally engage at least two opposing surfaces of the elongated electrode. The cleaning device is movable along a length of the elongated electrode to thereby remove detrimental material from the at least two opposing surfaces of the elongated electrode. Abstract:
An electro-kinetic air transporter-conditioner creates airflow with an electrode assembly that includes a first array of electrodes and a second array of electrodes. The innermost electrodes of the second array are preferably located further away from the first array than the outermost electrodes in the second array. This non-equidistant configuration equalizes the electrical fields created at the tip of each electrode within the second array. Reducing the electrical field at the innermost electrodes also reduces the amount of ozone generated by the device.
