My name is Jay Raman, and I am the CEO and Managing Director of a Property Management company that serves the greater Houston area including Bellaire, Deer Park, Clear Lake Missouri City, Pasadena, Spring, Stafford, Sugarland area among others. I was raised in the northwest area of Houston in the Klein area, and moved to the Southwest area, and grew up in the Sugar Land area for high school. After going to school at UT Austin, I returned to Houston and live here with my wife and daughter. I have been a Realtor since 2003, but my roots in managing property stretch back to learning about the business from my family who were in the business since the 1980's. Today, we have a team that leverages that experience, but we also bring in a team that helps with various aspects of your management experience to help you find a quality tenant and manage that relationship.
